HOW TO GET COM HITS AUTOMATICALLY - WHILE MOVING
You can get COM hits AUTOMATICALLY while moving with P&S. The video linked to below proves that.
No Groucho walk, shuffle, or tank turret like body rotation is required to reduce and control body/arm/gun movement.
P&S utilizes our natural ability to point FAST, AUTOMATICALLY AND ACCURATELY at objects, and even while moving normally.
Basically, the index finger is aligned with the barrel on the side of the gun. As such, the barrel will be AIMED at anything pointed at. So every shot can be AIMED. The trigger is pulled with the middle finger.
The video also ILLUSTRATES what the US Army SAYS about our pointing ability in its Combat Pistol Manual of 2003. We find that:
"Everyone has the ability to point at an object."
"When a soldier points, he instinctively points at the feature on the object on which his eyes are focused. An impulse from the brain causes the arm and hand to stop when the finger reaches the proper position."
"When the eyes are shifted to a new object or feature, the finger, hand, and arm also shift to this point."
"It is this inherent trait that can be used by a soldier to rapidly and accurately engage targets."

If you use P&S, you will engage your natural ability to point rapidly and accurately. And if moving, it will compensate for your body/arm/gun movement, and allow you to get COM hits AUTOMATICALLY.
The proof of that is the sequence of pictures that make up the video. It clearly shows that my head/body/arm/gun did not stay fixed or on a level plane.
Yet, three of the BB holes in the pie tin target, are within an inch of COM and just about touching. They are hits 1, 3, and 5. Hit 4 is on line with hits 1, 3, and 5. And hit 2, though off line, was on the target. Of course, as a CO2 gun was used, there was no recoil to deal with. The five shots were made in 2.5 seconds.
At the range and using a 9mm pistol, my hits usually are not touching. But, most all are within three or four inches of centerline. I usually shoot three or four times a year, and 100 rounds each time. Moving and shooting is usually not allowed.
It is nice to know that WE have our own internal and reliable fire control center that is just waiting to be brought into play for fast, AUTOMATIC and accurate shooting.
However, it won't happen by magic. You have to know about it, and learn how to do it. P&S can be learned and maintained with little or no training or practice. A plus is that it is free.
And it is not a bar to using other shooting methods. It can enhance them.
S's have been inserted in the places where the pie tin target started to move from being hit by a BB.
